For any items purchased online, returns and/or exchanges must be done via our website according to our policy, as detailed below:
All our products are subject to quality control prior to shipment. The right of return and/or exchange is only valid for items returned in exactly the same condition as received, with the tags attached and proof of purchase. Any indication that the product has been used or damaged may lead to a rejection of your item return and/or exchange request and will incur a re-postage fee.
In the case of a refund request, the relevant funds will appear in your account within 10 working days from the date of return being processed. The amount refunded will only include the value of the item(s) and not any relevant return shipping costs.
Please note, exchanges are not accepted for Outlet products and items that are part of a set cannot be returned separately.
EXCHANGES:
All exchanges will insure the relevant shipping costs.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
In the event of one or more defective items received please contact us as soon as you receive the item(s) and kindly describe in detail the items defects in order to assist you. Any defective item along with the relevant purchase receipt must be returned via our courier partner company without any additional charges. We will then review the returned product and notify you via email accordingly and regarding your requested refund or exchange (subject to stock availability) without any additional shipping costs. Please allow 14 days for any defective item related refund to appear in your bank account.
REFUNDS:
In case you do not wish to replace the product of your order, contact us to request a refund of the purchase amount. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the product is in its original condition, the refund request will be approved and we will deposit the value of the product into the bank account you indicate within 7 working days. Otherwise, if the product is not in its original condition, we will notify you of the non-refund status and return this parcel. Refunds are related to the value of the products.
